About Me

Hi, I’m Natalie, the creator behind Grab Your Luggage. Born and raised in Australia, I’ve always had a deep fascination with different cultures, people, and the stories they tell. I've always loved meeting people and listening to stories of their heritage. From a young age, travel has been my passion, though for a long time, I wasn’t sure how to combine my love of travel with my curiosity about different cultures. 

 

After finishing university, I worked as a curator in many different museums which developed my fascination of history and cultures even further. However, working 9-5 also meant my holidays were limited. I spent hours day-dreaming of travelling the world and countless lunch breaks researching my next adventure. ​A few years ago, I decided to follow my heart, I packed my pink suitcase and made the exciting move from Australia to London. Living in London has opened the door to exploring the world in ways I’d always dreamt of, and I’m so excited to share these experiences with you.

Through Grab Your Luggage, I’ve finally found the perfect way to bring my passions together. My goal is to inspire you to become a cultural traveler by offering insights, tips, and stories from cultural hotspots around the globe. Whether it’s discovering a hidden gem in a quiet village or soaking up the energy of a bustling city, I’m here to help you experience a new country like a local.
